The NJR Accountability and Transparency Model
How to access NJR support
How can a surgeon view their data?
NJR online reporting is available in the Clinician Feedback module of the NJR Connect – Data Services platform. This includes access to Consultant Level Reports, Annual Clinical Reports for hospitals and dynamic reports on a range of metrics. Clinician Feedback also includes a patient status report that allows the download of all cases.
How can a unit view their data?
NJR online reporting is available in the Management Feedback module of NJR Connect. This includes access to Annual Clinical Reports for hospitals and dynamic reports on a range of metrics. Hospitals can access a full list of patients treated by submitting a data request to the NJR Service Desk (details as below).
How do I find out a surgeon’s name?
A list of surgeon IDs and names is available to Medical Directors only as an appendix to the Trust/Group’s Annual Clinical Report via NJR Connect.
How can a surgeon update their data?
This can be carried out by a member of staff who has NJR data entry access at the hospital. If you are unsure who to contact, your regional NJR Compliance Officer will be able to advise you. Their contact details can be found on the NJR Compliance Officers web page.
Where can our clinical or data entry staff get training, e.g on how to use NJR Connect – Data Services?
Your regional NJR Compliance Officer can assist with this: their contact details can be found on the NJR Compliance Officers web page.
Alternatively, hospital data entry and clinical staff can request NJR support and further training they may require by emailing the NJR Service Desk at: email@example.com or by calling 0845 345 9991.
Who can help our surgeon or NJR clinical lead with clinical guidance?
Please go to our NJR Regional Clinical Coordinators web page, where you can find your regional coordinator(s) who will be happy to guide you.
