NJR stakeholders are able to request NJR data that is not available from other sources, such as Stats Online, ReportsOnline or NJR Annual Reports, including data available at reports.njrcentre.org.uk and www.data.gov.uk. To request data, please complete an ‘NJR Data Request Form’ and then email it to our NJR Service Desk,using the contact details provided on the form.

All Data Request Forms must be returned with a signed copy of the ‘Data Sharing Agreement’ appended to it in Appendix A of the form (See the ‘NJR Data Request Form’ for details). The ‘NJR Cost Recovery Policy‘ explains the service that we offer with regard to data requests and the charging mechanism for these services.

Record level data is not ordinarily available to applicants other than hospitals or researchers (see research requests). Contact us if you wish to discuss your data request application prior to submission. We carefully review all requests for data.

Where data requests are approved you will normally receive the data within four weeks – although more complicated requests may take slightly longer.
