The deadline for completion of the NJR 2024/25 data quality audit was the end of September and we are now looking at all the submissions we have received against the award criteria set and will soon be preparing NJR award certificates. These will be sent out to all achieving hospitals during the month of November. Thereafter, we will publish an award achievement document on our website, listing all hospitals who have received an NJR QDP award this year.

Award emblems and certificates will again be issued based on the three-tier, gold, silver and bronze awarding system that we first introduced for the 2022/23 audit cycle. Those hospitals who have achieved award status will receive an NJR certificate of recognition to display on their walls and will also have the qualifying grade emblem placed on their hospital dashboard page on our NJR Surgeon and Hospital Profile website when that is refreshed with updated NJR data during the month of January 2026.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all hospital teams for their hard work in completing our important NJR audit processes. We do hope that everyone will have achieved the highest-level award to reflect both their hard work and great commitment to the audit work of the registry in ensuring patient safety and in improving outcomes.
