NJR Annual Clinical Reports, CLR's and SLR's can be downloaded at
NJR Connect - Data Services Portal
You can access it by clicking this link: https://platform.njrcentre.org.uk/R4NJR/R4NJR/SignIn
To log-in on that page, please follow the instructions below.
Having accessed the ‘Login’ page (https://platform.njrcentre.org.uk), users need to enter a combination of their username/password to log into the application. Existing Clinician Feedback users will be able to use their Clinician Feedback username, but will need to request a new password using the ‘Forgotten Password’ function. Other users will receive an email containing their username.
If a user cannot remember their username, there is a ‘Forgotten Username’ option (see below) which will send an email containing the username to the email address associated with the user’s Clinician Feedback username.
On selection of this option, the user is asked to enter an email address associated with their username. Clicking ‘Send Me Forgotten Username Email’ will send an email containing the associated username to the email address input by the user.
Clicking ‘Back to Login Screen’ will return the user to the ‘Login’ page.
There is also a user guide to support log in - you can find this here
As well as a user video explaining the log-in process - you can find this here
If you experience problems logging in please refer to these guides which will explain the steps you need to take.
If you still have problems you can contact the NJR Service Desk at: email@example.com

NJR Connect - Data Services User Survey
Once you have visited and used the system, we would be very grateful for your feedback by completing a survey about your experiences, which will help us to understand what you think of the new portal and its functionality - we will share details of this survey next week.
Thank you once again for your engagement with the NJR’s efforts to provide continual service improvement to all of our stakeholders.
