NJR Annual Clinical Reports (ACRs) – Financial Year 2024/25
NJR Annual Clinical Reports (ACRs) for FY2024/25 will be published on 16 September on NJR Connect. You can find out how to access your ACR below.
There have been some significant changes to this year’s reports. These changes, broken down by section, include:
Section 1: Number of entries for the Hospital for primary, revision and reoperation procedures
- Primary hip procedures have been split into two categories – Primary total hip and Primary hemiarthroplasty hip.
- Reoperations have been added as a procedure category to the table.
Section 1a: Reoperations
A new section showing the latest three years of data and the procedure type. The types of procedure shown individually are:
- DAIR without modular exchange
- Manipulation under anaesthetic
- Fixation of periprosthetic fracture
- Closed/Open reduction of dislocation
The remaining reoperation procedures are grouped as ‘Other’
Section 2: Data Quality
Reoperations are included in the Consent and Linkability rates. They are excluded from the Compliance rate (NHS trusts).
Section 6: Data Quality Audit
Where uploaded by the hospital primary hip hemiarthroplasty procedures will be included in the count of procedures, reoperations are not included.
How to access your ACR
Annual Clinical Reports can be accessed via NJR Connect – Data Services. They can be found under the ‘Reports’ menu.
If you have not yet accessed ‘NJR Connect – Data Services’, a log-in user guide can be accessed from the log-in screen (please click on ‘Further Information: User Guide’).
If you have forgotten your login details, please click on ‘Forgotten Username?’ on the log-in page. An email with your system username will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not receive an email please contact the NJR Service Desk on 0800 0150167 for further support.
If you receive an email please return to the log-in screen, click on ‘Forgotten Password?’ and then click on ‘Send me Reset password’. You will receive an email with a temporary password.
Return to the log-in screen, enter your username and password. Once entered, you will be required to select a multi-factor authentication (MFA) option (either an authentication app or a one-time password (OTP), which will be sent to you via email) in order to access the service. Once completed, you will be asked to replace your temporary password and then, if this is the first time you have accessed the system, asked to update your user profile and accept the Terms & Conditions. Once completed you will be able to progress to the system dashboard.
