Consultant and Surgeon Level Reports

NJR Consultant Level Reports (CLRs) and Surgeon Level Reports (SLRs) for FY 2023/24 have been available to review and download since 14 November 2024, via NJR Connect – Data Services. The reports will be reissued with some adjustments and be available online from 17 December 2024.

Surgeons are advised to check their reports and get in touch with us at the NJR Service Desk if there seems to be any data missing or if any data seems to have been wrongly attributed.

How to access your CLR and SLR reports

Consultant Level and Surgeon Level Reports can be accessed via NJR Connect – Data Services. They can be found under the ‘Reports’ menu.

If you have not yet accessed the service, a log in user guide can be accessed from the log-in screen (please click on ‘Further Information: User Guide’)

If you have forgotten your login details, please click on ‘Forgotten Username?’ on the login page. An email with your system username will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not receive an email please contact the Service Desk on 0800 0150167 for further support.

If you receive an email please return to the log-in screen, click on ‘Forgotten Password?’ and then click on ‘Send me Reset password’. You will receive an email with a temporary password.

Return to the log-in screen, enter your username and password. Once entered, you will be required to select a multi-factor authentication (MFA) option (either an authentication app or a one-time password (OTP), which will be sent to you via email) in order to access the service. Once completed, you will be asked to replace your temporary password and then, if this is the first time you have accessed the system, asked to update your user profile and accept the Terms & Conditions. Once completed you will be able to progress to the system dashboard.

Due to enhancements within the NJR component database, NJR Annual Clinical Reports (ACRs) are also being released slightly later this year than is usual and will also be available on NJR Connect from 14 November.
