Consultant Level Reports (CLR) and Surgeon Level Reports (SLR) for FY 2024/25 will be available to download during July 2025 via NJR Connect – Data Services, under the ‘Reports’ menu.

The following changes have been implemented for reports for 2024/25:

• All joints: reoperations (introduced in MDSv8 in June 2023) are now included in the joint activity profile table with a breakdown of procedures carried out on the joint Reoperation page.
• Hips: primary hemiarthroplasties (introduced in MDSv8 in June 2023) are now included in the hip activity profile table and separated out from total hip primaries.
• Due to the fact that the outlier data was cut in December 2024, rather than February 2025, the numbers shown for FY14/15 and FY24/25 in the ‘count of revised primaries by year’ table are incomplete financial years.

Surgeons are advised to check their reports and get in touch with us at the NJR Service Desk if there seems to be any data missing or if any of it seems to have been wrongly attributed.

In order to implement these enhancements, the system will be offline from 5:30pm on Wednesday 25 June and will resume normal service by 9am on Thursday 26 June.
